If you do not have internet access

If you live in Worcestershire and this is your county council, you can call: 01905 765765 and press a few necessary numbers to get through to a “Blue Badge Advisor.”

The Blue Badge advisor will talk you through eligibility and can send you paperwork out that will help you with your application.

Alternatively, you can also speak to an advisor to book an appointment with your local library. You will need to take all the documents needed with you to this appointment. The library will then help you send your information off for your application.

All applications cost £10 so you will need to take this too. The advisor will give you all this information and everything else you may need.

You may need a GP summary of your medical records for your appointment  with the advisor to add to your application. You can request a GP summary from the practice or print this off yourself if you have access to online services.
