Practice Manager - Mrs Angela Styring

The practice manager is responsible for managing all of the business aspects of the practice and ensuring everything is in place to provide high quality patient care.

Receptionists/Administration Staff

Our reception team are your first contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on services and results. They are also responsible for issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription queries.

Practice Nurses

We employ two practice nurses who offer a comprehensive range of services. They review patients with long term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, coronary heart disease and carry out cervical smears.

Healthcare Assistant

Our healthcare assistant assists the practice nurses with their day to day work and carry out phlebotomy, blood pressure checks, NHS health checks and new patient checks.

District Nurses

The district nurses are attached to the practice and provide nursing care for patients who are confined to their homes. They are based at the Princess of Wales Hospital

Our health visitor is based at Catshill Clinic. She can give advice on health care for small children and elderly people.

The midwives provide care and advice during pregnancy and after childbirth via antenatal classes and home visits. They are based at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital.
